The purpose of Kuadriga is to increase the competitiveness of
our clients. We break this promise into three mantras:

Using a dedicated team with Kuadriga should offer you at
least the same flexibility as you would have hiring staff in your
home country. This flexibility goes for all aspects: the types of
work that can be done, the skills available and the size of your
team.
- Cost control
Reducing direct costs makes no sense if they are replaced by new,
indirect costs. We promise not to pretend artificial
direct savings by shifting expenses to the client or the employee.
Our employees are managed professionally and do not have to pay for
coffee.
