Iryna takes to the skies
It's official: we have national record holders in the company. On August 15, one of our .NET professionals participated in the successful record attempt for the largest formation of female skydivers in Ukraine. We find it cool to be around people that reach for the skies!
The raw material for every company is its employees. Educated, well-spoken, innovative and eager, the work force of Kuadriga is not only qualified but also deeply engaged in life. Our employees climb mountains, bicycle, travel in far-away countries, engage in semi-professional photography and much, much more.
Even in light of such diversity, the recent achievements of Iryna Kustova stand out. Iryna is a .NET developer working on the permanent team assigned to TeleFaction, a Danish client. In her free time she is an experienced skydiver also - with more than 230 jumps over the last five years.
On 15 Aug 2009, Iryna participated in a record setting formation jump. In the seventh attempt, no less than 22 parachutists joined each other in a formation over the "Chaika" airport outside Kyiv. This sets a new Ukrainian record for female skydivers.
We encourage and when possible create space for such extracurricular activities with our employees. We believe that whole individuals with broad interests have more inspired approaches to work – to the benefit of our company and our clients.
