The company and its founder
Kuadriga was incorporated in the summer of 2008 in both
Denmark and Ukraine. It is founded by Jesper Lindholt in
cooperation with a group of Danish investors.
Jesper Lindholt is a Danish citizen living in Kyiv. In the
mid-90's he worked for three years for the European Union
Tacis programme living in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and
Ukraine advising small and mediumsized companies on how to work
with European companies.
The other 15 years of his career have been focused on
IT and telecommuncations. Among others, he was International
Director at TDC Internet and has been the co-founder of a
successful IT hosting and outsoucing company.
He is a cand.oecon. (management economist) from Aarhus
University, Denmark supplemented with training at IMD,
Switzerland.
